About Us

Mayfair Cloud is the trading name of Mayfair Systems Limited, registered in England and Wales, located in London. Our company number is 04576881 and our VAT registration is GB 848 8134 90.

We were established in 2002 as Stepney Marsh Limited, trading as Stepney Marsh Systems. At that time we were based near Canary Wharf and thus chose a historical name of the local area. As it has turned out, most of our clients are now based in the West End with a few also in the Square Mile, so in 2016 we changed our name to properly reflect the location and expectations of our clientele.

As our people have been building back-end cloud systems since before our inception and because we have placed at least some IT components in the cloud for every one of our clients, we are now including “Cloud” in our trading name to stress our competence in this field.

Our consultants have extensive experience in a wide range of corporate applications and systems. We are also expert at moving existing or setting up new offices in London. Experience, professionalism, and presentation are our key strengths.

Our clients are typically financial firms such as those in reinsurance and private equity, many in the energy sector. They typically have 4 to 50 staff, though we also support home offices and provide consulting to IT managers in large firms. The typical person working at one of our clients is a high-value individual working long hard hours. Therefore our work concentrates on making the IT details hidden and seamless, and on providing a white-glove service.

All our work is thoroughly documented, which is handed over to you along with all system passwords. While we may support or manage some or all aspects of your systems, you retain ownership and ultimate control of your IT environment.
